Excellent pizza pie and beer!!! Keith the local tour guide and patron gave me a brief history lesson on the origins of Chicago deep dish pizza. Great little place!

I had to kill some time before my flight, so I decided to post up at Spitfire Pizza. I went the day after my birthday, so it was almost like a birthday lunch since I was working. I was the first customer there upon opening, and I started my day off right with the pizza salad and drink combo. I upgraded the beverage to a beer, and then got two more beers because they had my favorite, Great White” on tap. Overall, the pizza was very good, but I could’ve went without the marinara sauce on top. I got buffalo chicken which was delicious. The salad was good, but I could’ve went without the mushrooms. overall a nice place to grab pizza and beers with friends, or kill time before a flight.

Love the local places to eat. Enjoyed pizza and beer and getting to know the people who are loyal customers. The pizza was are advised spicy and sweet with yummy pepperoni, pineapple and jalapenos. Draft beer is a wonderful way to enjoy your meal.

Okay. This is most likely to be the best Pizza in the Boise area. For one, the owner himself came to ensure our dining experience was perfect. For two, his front counter server made sure we had the best draft on tap. We tried several before we decided. The Detroit pizza was fantastic. As other reviewers stated, this crust was perfect, soft and delicious as is described. They are correct! You will not be disappointed. From the other reviewers, it is stated that the sauce on top was too much, but it is perfect! Trust the chef! Or, get the sauce on the side. The atmosphere was romantic and clean. We would come back again. Their sandwiches look amazing! Enjoy!

This is a for real pizza and brew type place to enjoy. They hand toss their pizza unlike the changes of flying pie’s now cold pressed pizzas. They have excellent salads, pizza is top notch and a great variety of beers. Come get an awesome pizza and a beer.

Stopped by Spitfire around 2pm on a Sunday. There was no one in the parking lot, we were the only ones there. Knowing their specialty was Detroit pizza, and the pizza spots from back home took 45 minutes to cook that style, I was shocked when the only person working there (playing the role of cook, bartender, server, and busser) said it'd only take 20 minutes. We ordered a Detroit pepperoni and a spicy regular crust. The Detroit pizza was the star of the show. Buttery fluffy crust, crispy cheese edges, delicious sauce racing strips, and crisp cupped pepperoni. Fantastic. The regular pizza was good, but clearly second place behind the Detroit. We grabbed beers from a solid selection, watched Sunday football, and had a good time. Highly recommend.

Quiet, it was not very busy. Pay/order at the front. Young lady in the front was very attentive (I sat at the bar). The pizza was pretty dang good. I got the Detroit style super supreme. Says feeds 2-3, I ate the whole the thing, but I eat a lot. Give it a try. Beer was craft. Several options.

So so so good. I haven't had many Detroit style pizzas to be fair but this one was hands down my favorite I've ever had. Beautiful crispy outside crust but once you bite it the inside is nice and fluffy. Great taste overall and . Not a beer drinker but they seem to have a nice amount of options on tap as well. Cool spot. I will be introducing my buddies to this place for sure.
